Student Progress Monitoring Toolkit

Data-Driven Decision Making (DDDM) in education and service delivery is critical to quality practice. This toolkit provides an overview of the importance of data-driven decision making in education and services for middle and high school students with disabilities. The toolkit describes different types of data collection for different purposes and provides a variety of sample tools aligned with those descriptions. The toolkit is intended for use by practitioners in education, vocational rehabilitation, and other direct services with students and youth with disabilities. It is also intended for use by educators and supervisors of such professionals.
