For the NTACT:C 2025 Capacity Building Institute, due to capacity issues and to maintain a focus on interagency state teams' goal planning for 2025-26, the Institute is only open to the 2-8 identified state team delegates. If you are unsure if you are a state team delegate, please contact your State VR transition/Pre-ETS or State Special Education transition lead(s).

  • increase knowledge of effective secondary transition-focused practices
  • use relevant secondary transition data to reflect on current practices
  • update or develop interagency strategic plans
  • foster youth engagement and leadership, and
  • develop new, and strengthen existing, partnerships with other states and entities.
