UNCC’s Cato College of Education serves as the lead agency for NTACT:C. Catherine Fowler is the Director at UNCC, with several additional faculty and staff who provide leadership across all activities.

Staff of the GW Center for Rehabilitation Counseling Research and Education (CRCRE), directed by Maureen McGuire-Kuletz and Melissa Diehl, provide TA focused on pre-employment transition services.

The Transition Coalition at PSU, Directed by Mary Morningstar, co-leads Universal Technical Assistance and professional development capacity activities on multiple transition-related topics.

Staff from UO’s Secondary Special Education and Transition (SSET) research unit, directed by Deanne Unruh, provide cross-site coordination, evaluation, and co-lead Intensive Technical Assistance to states.
