University of Oregon (UO)
The University of Oregon's Secondary Special Education and Transition (SSET) research unit, directed by Deanne Unruh, leads the National Technical Assistance Center on Transition: The Collaborative (NTACT:C), its cross-site coordination, evaluation, and fiscal and overall center management.

The George Washington University (GW)
Staff of the GW Center for Rehabilitation Counseling Research and Education (CRCRE), led by Maureen McGuire-Kuletz and Melissa Diehl, provides TA across activities, particularly pre-employment (Pre-ETS) and VR transition services.

Portland State University (PSU)
The Transition Coalition at PSU, directed by Mary Morningstar, co-leads knowledge mobilization and resource development efforts as well as professional development capacity-building TA across multiple transition-related topics.

The University of Kansas (KU)
The University of Kansas Center on Disabilities (KUCD) activities are directed by Val Mazzotti, Dana Lattin and Karrie Shogren, and co-leads resource development and knowledge mobilization, including the website, and provides TA across all activities.

University of Maryland (UMD)
Kelli Crane leads the work at the UMD Center for Transition and Career Innovation to provide TA across all activities and focuses on collaboration and career development, the Youth Engagement Transition Initiative (YETI) and family engagement.

University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC)
The University of North Carolina at Charlotte's Cato College of Education, led by Leslie Bross, contributes across all TA activities and co-leads the Youth Engagement Transition Initiative (YETI) and family engagement.
