Data-driven decision making in education and service delivery is critical to quality practice. This Toolkit provides an overview of the importance of data-driven decision making in education and services for middle and high school students with disabilities. This toolkit describes different types of data collection for different purposes and provides a variety of sample tools aligned with those descriptions. It is developed to be used by practitioners in education, vocational rehabilitation, and other direct services providers of students and youth with disabilities.
