By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Define the key components of self-determination, advocacy, and youth leadership in secondary transition.
- Describe the roles of young adult leaders and adult allies in fostering self-determination, leadership, and meaningful youth engagement across national, state, and local initiatives.
- Identify strategies and practices that promote authentic youth–adult partnerships and meaningful youth engagement in transition planning and systems-level efforts.
