About this Event

CIRCLES is a multi-level model that includes interagency collaboration and teaming as key components to help ensure students are connected with the services and supports required to be successful in post-school life. This webinar will provide an overview of CIRCLES – Communicating Interagency Relationships and Collaborative Linkages for Exceptional Students – including information about the multi-level teams and process. Arkansas Transition Services will discuss how CIRCLES is being scaled-up across Arkansas. We will share how CIRCLES has been implemented over the past five years in two districts. Outcomes of implementation will be shared.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain understanding of the CIRCLES multi-level model.
  • Gain knowledge of how CIRCLES is being scaled-up in one state.
  • Gain understanding of how CIRCLES builds collaborative partnerships and supports outcomes for students with disabilities.
  • Gain knowledge of how CIRCLES can be implemented in rural and suburban districts.
