This research study by Hartman and her colleagues (2024) analyzed RSA 911 data from states to determine there is evidence that pre-employment transition services, credential attainment and participation in employment programs are associated with increased wages of student/youth with disabilities. These findings emphasize the user of data to inform service delivery for supporting students and youth with disabilities and varying lived experiences.
