Developed in 2021, NTACT:C and The IDEA Center (IDC) collaborated on this Excel tool that calculates graduation and dropout rates using the 618 exiting data, as will be mandated in coming years for reporting in states’ Annual Performance Reports (APRs) to OSEP. The tool can accumulate and graph multiple years of data, allowing you to observe trends in the rates over time and share the information easily with stakeholders to facilitate target-setting.
