NTACT:C Strategic Team Planning Pre-Assessment

State interagency team members:

• REFLECT on progress toward current goals;
• IDENTIFY strengths, barriers, and lessons learned;
• REFINE or strengthen priorities to achieve identified goals for next year;
• PARTICIPATE in NTACT:C Communities of Practice, Peer Networks, webinars, etc. as needed to inform state interagency strategic planning; and
• ENSURE ALIGNMENT with data use, collaboration, youth/family engagement, and career pathways.

State interagency team members:

• FINALIZE next year's interagency priorities and goals;
• IDENTIFY tasks, activities, and efforts to meet identified goals;
• CLARIFY roles and responsibilities;
• CONFIRM recurring meeting schedules;
• PARTICIPATE in NTACT:C Communities of Practice, Peer Networks, webinars, etc. as needed to inform state interagency strategic planning;
• ENSURE ALIGNMENT with data use, collaboration, youth/family engagement, and career pathways; and
• ASK What can we accomplish in the next [3 months? 6 months? Year?]?

State interagency team members:

• DOCUMENT finalized priorities/ goals and identify next implementation steps and persons responsible
• CONSISTENTLY MEET (team has established meeting times) to implement the interagency strategic plan
• ACCESS NTACT:C capacity building tips, strategies, and considerations to support year-round continuous improvement planning;
• PARTICIPATE in NTACT:C Communities of Practice, Peer Networks, webinars, etc. as needed to inform state interagency strategic planning; and
• SUBMIT an NTACT:C TA Request Form as needed.
