About this Event
During this session the presenters from NTACT:C will discuss the importance of including Pre-ETS in the quality assurance case file review process, and how to utilize the results to help identify program performance and Pre-ETS trends for strategic planning.
Training Objectives:
- Understand the importance of including Pre-ETS in the quality assurance (QA) case file review.
- Learn how the FFY23 Monitoring and Technical Assistance Guide (MTAG) can be used to develop questions specific to Pre-ETS to include in a QA case file review.
- Increase knowledge of strategies for utilizing QA case file review results to improve program performance.
